Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal Policy

At the Asian Journal of Applied Commerce and Strategy, we recognize that authors may occasionally need to withdraw their manuscripts from consideration. To ensure fairness and maintain the integrity of the review process, the following guidelines apply:

Before Peer Review

Authors may request withdrawal of their manuscript at any time before it enters the peer review stage. Such requests must be submitted in writing to the editorial office at asia.j.commerce@gmail.com, including a clear explanation for the withdrawal.

During Peer Review

Once the manuscript has been assigned to reviewers, withdrawal requests will be considered carefully. Authors should provide a valid reason for withdrawal. The editorial board reserves the right to approve or deny the request based on the current status of the review process.

After Acceptance

Withdrawal requests after formal acceptance are generally not permitted. In exceptional cases—such as ethical concerns or legal matters—the Editor-in-Chief will evaluate the request on a case-by-case basis. Authors should note that withdrawing a manuscript post-acceptance may negatively impact their eligibility for future submissions.

Unethical Withdrawal

Repeated or unjustified withdrawal of manuscripts may result in a temporary or permanent ban on submitting manuscripts to the journal.

Final Decision

The Editor-in-Chief holds the sole authority to approve or reject withdrawal requests. Authors will receive written notification of the decision.
