Withdrawal Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and authors might wish to withdraw their manuscript from consideration. To ensure fairness and maintain an efficient review process, we have established the following guidelines:

Before Peer Review
Authors may request the withdrawal of their manuscript at any time before it enters the peer review stage. Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing to the editorial office at agri.j@scripown.com with a clear explanation of the reason for withdrawal.

During Peer Review
Once a manuscript has been assigned to reviewers, withdrawal requests will be carefully considered. Authors should provide a valid justification for withdrawal. In such cases, the editorial board reserves the right to decide whether to honor the request based on the progress of the review process.

After Acceptance
Withdrawal requests submitted after formal acceptance are generally not permitted. In exceptional circumstances—such as ethical concerns or legal issues—a written request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the Editor-in-Chief. However, authors should be aware that withdrawing a manuscript post-acceptance may adversely affect future submissions.

Unethical Withdrawal
Repeated or unethical withdrawal of manuscripts without valid justification may result in a temporary or permanent ban on future submissions to the journal.

Final Decision
The final decision regarding any withdrawal request rests solely with the Editor-in-Chief. Authors will be notified of the decision in writing.
