Below are the guidelines for manuscript publication, including the submission process, review procedures, and publication ethics.
1. Manuscript Submission Guidelines
1.1 Submission Process
✅ Manuscripts must be submitted through the online submission system on our official website.
✅ Authors should submit their manuscript in Microsoft Word format (.doc/.docx).
✅ Manuscripts must be prepared according to the journal’s formatting guidelines.
✅ Each submission must include:
- A Title Page (Title, Author Names, Affiliations, and Corresponding Author Details)
- A Manuscript File (excluding author details for blind review)
- Any Supplementary Materials (if applicable)
2. Peer Review Process
2.1 Review Stages
All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process, ensuring impartial and high-quality assessment. The steps are as follows:
Initial Screening: The editorial team checks for plagiarism, formatting, and scope relevance.
Peer Review: Two or more independent reviewers evaluate the manuscript for originality, clarity, and scientific merit.
Revision: Authors may be asked to revise and resubmit based on reviewer comments.
Final Decision: The editorial board makes the final acceptance or rejection decision.
2.2 Review Timeline

⏳ First Review Feedback: Within 4-6 weeks.

Authors can track the status of their manuscript through the submission system.
3. Manuscript Formatting Requirements
3.1 Article Types & Word Limits
- Research Articles: Up to 6,000 words
- Review Articles: Up to 5,000 words
- Short Communications: Up to 3,000 words
- Case Studies: Up to 3,000 words
3.2 General Formatting
✅ Font: Calibri (12 pt) for content, Constantia (14 pt) for title
✅ Spacing: 1.5-line spacing
✅ Citation Style: APA/NLM format
✅ Figures & Tables: Must be included within the text at appropriate places
4. Publication Ethics & Plagiarism Policy
4.1 Ethical Standards
✅ Manuscripts must comply with ethical research standards, including approval for studies involving human or animal subjects.
✅ Authors must disclose conflicts of interest and provide acknowledgments for funding or support.
✅ Manuscripts should not be under review in another journal simultaneously.
4.2 Plagiarism Check
- All submissions undergo a plagiarism check using advanced software.
- Manuscripts with more than 15% plagiarism will be rejected immediately.
- Authors may be asked to revise minor overlaps before acceptance.
5. Article Processing & Publication Charges (APC)
Open Access Model: All articles are freely available to the public.
Article Processing Charges (APC): Fees vary based on article type and funding support.
Waivers & Discounts: Available for authors from developing countries or those with financial constraints.
6. Post-Publication Policies
6.1 Online Publication & DOI Assignment
Accepted manuscripts are published online first and assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) for permanent linking.
Articles are indexed in major databases to ensure maximum visibility.
6.2 Self-Archiving & Institutional Repositories
Authors are encouraged to self-archive their articles in institutional repositories, personal websites, or preprint servers, provided they include a citation link to the final published version in Scripown Journals.
6.3 Retraction & Correction Policy
Corrections: Minor corrections can be requested by authors post-publication.
Retractions: Articles may be withdrawn or retracted in cases of ethical violations, plagiarism, or data fabrication.
